What is the correct size for me?
To find the best fit, please check the size chart located on each of the product pages. As all collections and capsules will have slightly different cuts, we would recommend consulting individual pages to ensure that you’re getting the best possible fit.
Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all countries in European Union. If you are not located in one of those countries, be on the lookout and check our socials as we’re planing a global expansion soon.

What are your payment methods?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover Card, Diners Card and Cash-on-delivery (in certain countries)

What currency are your prices in?

All our prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT.

How long does it take to receive an item?

We ship all our orders within 7 days of receiving an order unless stated otherwise in the product description. Depending on your location it can take up to 15 days to receive your items. If it has been longer than 15 days, and you haven’t heared from us – please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Can I return or exchange my item?
Your satisfaction is our first priority, so we try to do everything in our power to make the shopping process easier for you and to make it as enjoyable as possible. The buyer has the right within 28 days since an item has been delivered to file a complaint if there are some irregularities with an item or an item is false. When the complaint has been filed Good Game Global d.o.o. will replace an item or give a refund to the buyer within 30 (thirty) days since an item has been returned.
Where do I apply a discount code?
At the time of checkout, you’ll be able to enter your promo code in the labeled section before entering payment information. Please note that promo codes will not apply to all items, and we would recommend checking the product page for specific information regarding this.
